How do I track my payouts?

From your Core Payment dashboard, you can track in real time:

  • The status of each transaction
  • Amounts paid out (net of fees)
  • Expected payout dates


Are fees visible in the dashboard?

Yes — for each transaction, you can see:

  • The gross amount collected
  • Fees deducted (2% + €0.20)
  • The net amount paid out


⚠️ Important — If you wish to issue a refund, it must be initiated before D+3, while the payout has not yet been triggered. See article: Issuing a refund.
