How does access to Core Payment work?

Who is Core Payment for?

Core Payment is a payment solution designed for businesses based in Monaco and France. It is not self-service — every account is created manually after your application has been reviewed.


How does access work?

Access to Core Payment follows several steps:

  1. You fill in the contact form on https://corebycarlo.com/contact/
  2. Our team reaches out to understand your needs and identify the right product: Core Checkout, Core PayLink, or both
  3. You submit your KYC documents — the same for both products (see dedicated article)
  4. You complete a digital identity check (liveness check) — a link is sent to you by email. Have your passport ready to complete this step
  5. We process your application — turnaround: 2 to 5 business days
  6. You receive your live credentials by email: username + password and can access to the live dashboard


💡 Good to know — Core Payment is not a self-service product. Every account opening is supported by our team.
