How to add and manage users?

You can invite team members to access your space and assign them a role to control what they can see and do.

Adding a user

  1. In the menu, click Users.
  2. Click + Add a user.
  3. Enter the person's full name and email.
  4. Select a role (see below).
  5. Confirm. The person receives an email invitation to activate their access.


Available roles

Role

Access

Owner

Full access, including user and settings management

Manager

Full access, except user management

Viewer

View only, with no editing rights


Managing an existing user

From the user list, the actions on the right of each row let you:

  • ✏️ edit the user's name or role
  • ✉️ resend the invitation email
  • 🗑️ remove the user's access
💡 The main Owner account cannot be deleted, as it is the account holder.
