How to add and manage users?
You can invite team members to access your space and assign them a role to control what they can see and do.
Adding a user
- In the menu, click Users.
- Click + Add a user.
- Enter the person's full name and email.
- Select a role (see below).
- Confirm. The person receives an email invitation to activate their access.
Available roles
Role | Access |
|---|---|
Owner | Full access, including user and settings management |
Manager | Full access, except user management |
Viewer | View only, with no editing rights |
Managing an existing user
From the user list, the actions on the right of each row let you:
- ✏️ edit the user's name or role
- ✉️ resend the invitation email
- 🗑️ remove the user's access
