Tracking your transactions

The Transactions page

The Transactions page centralises all payments received via Core Payment, whether they come from a payment link or Online Checkout. To access it, click on Transactions in the left menu.


Information displayed

Column

Description

Date

Date and time of the payment

Amount

Gross amount collected

Payment method

Card, Apple Pay, Carlo App

Type

Payment link or Online checkout

Status

Paid, Pending, Refused, or Cancelled

Link ID

ID of the associated link (if applicable)


  • Filter by period
  • Filter by type (all, Payment link, Online checkout)
  • Filter by status (all, Paid, Pending, Refused, Cancelled)
  • Search by customer, ID, reference, or invoice number


Available actions

On each transaction:

  • 👁 View — see the transaction details
  • 🔄 Refund — initiate a refund (available before D+3)


⚠️ Important — A refund must be initiated before D+3, while the payout has not yet been triggered. See article: Issuing a refund.
