How do I update my password or email address?

Accessing security settings

Click on your name in the top right corner of the dashboard, then on Security.

Updating your password

Enter your new password in the New password field, then confirm it in the Confirm password field.

Your password must contain:

Minimum 8 characters
At least one number
At least one letter

Click Confirm change to save.

Updating your email address

Enter your new email address in the New email address field, then click Send code. A verification code will be sent to the new address to confirm the change.

💡 Your email address is your dashboard login identifier. Make sure you use an active and accessible address.
