How do I access the Core Payment dashboard?

Your credentials

Once your account is validated, you receive by email:

click the link received by email to set your password,
go to dashboard.corebycarlo.com,
enter the 6-digit verification code (strong two-factor authentication, OTP), which will be requested at every login for security reasons,
you access your dashboard.

What you see in the dashboard

The live dashboard gives you access to all your subscribed products:

Core Checkout — transaction tracking, refunds, exports
Core PayLink — create and track your payment links
Settings — API keys, account configuration

All products are visible by default.

Sandbox environment (Core Checkout only)

If you are integrating Core Checkout via API, you also have access to a sandbox environment to test your integration before going live.
Your sandbox credentials are sent separately, with dedicated login details.
