Managing your payment links
The Payment links page
The Payment links page centralises all your links, active or expired. To access it, click on Payment link in the left menu, then on Payment links.
Information displayed
For each link, you can see:
Column | Description |

Link ID | Unique identifier # |
Label | Name you gave the link |
Amount | Fixed amount or "Open amount" |
Type | Single-use or Reusable |
Payments | Number of payments received via this link |
Total collected | Total amount collected via this link |
Status | Paid, Active, Expired, Disabled |
Filters and search
- Filter by status (all, active, expired)
- Filter by type (all, single-use, reusable)
- Search by ID or label
Available actions
On each row, three actions are available:
- 👁 View — see the link details
- 📋 Copy — copy the link to send it manually
- 🚫 Deactivate — make the link inactive
