How do I create a payment link?
Accessing link creation
From your dashboard,
- click on Create a payment link on the Homepage,
- or click on Payment link in the left menu, then on Create a link.
The page is divided into two sections: Payment details and Customer information.
A live preview is displayed on the right.
Section 1 — Payment details
Amount Enter the amount to collect (minimum €1.00 - maximum €10 000.00 ). You can also enable the "Let the customer define the amount" toggle if you want your customer to choose.
Available options
- Accept multiple payments — the same link can be used by multiple customers or multiple times. Disabled by default (single-use link).
- Add an expiry date — the link becomes inactive after the chosen date.
Additional details
- Link label (required): Name displayed on the payment page. Examples: "Private event access", "Coaching session".
- Invoice number (optional): Internal reference for your exports and accounting. Example: FAC-2025-0012.
- Payment note *(optional, max 100 characters): *Short description visible in your dashboard. Not shown to the customer.
- Attachment *(optional): *Attach a quote, invoice, or image (image or PDF format).
Section 2 — Customer information
You can select an existing customer from your contact list, or enter new information manually.
- Customer type — Individual or Business
- Name / Company name
- Phone — if filled in, the link can be sent by SMS
- Email — if filled in, the link can be sent by email
- Billing details — VAT, address (optional)
- Save this customer to my contacts — toggle to save the customer for future use
Create and send the link
Once the information has been filled in, check the payment link preview and click Create payment link.
Once the link is created, you can:
- Send it by email if the customer's email address is filled in
- Copy the link manually to send it via the channel of your choice
