How do I manage my notifications?

Accessing notifications

Click on your name in the top right corner of the dashboard, then on Settings.

Check the events for which you want to receive an email:

Successful payment — an email is sent for each confirmed payment
Failed payment — an email is sent when a payment fails
Payout completed — an email is sent for each payout to your bank account Click Save to apply your preferences.

How do I access Core PayLink?

Prerequisites

Core PayLink is included in Core Payment. If you already have an active Core Payment account, you automatically have access to Core PayLink from your dashboard — no additional activation is required. If you do not yet have an account, see article: How does access to Core Payment work?

Accessing Core PayLink

Log in at: dashboard.corebycarlo.com In the left navigation menu, click on Payment link. You will see three pages:

Create a link — create a new payment link
Payment links — view and manage your existing links
Customers — find your saved customers

Your credentials

Your login details are sent to you by email when your account is opened:

How are fees calculated?

Every transaction processed via Core Payment (Checkout or PayLink) is subject to the following fees: || 2% + €0.20 per transaction These fees apply in the same way regardless of the card used — consumer, corporate, domestic, or international.

How are fees charged?

Fees are automatically deducted from the amount paid out to your bank account. You do not receive a separate invoice.

How do I create a payment link?

Accessing link creation

From your dashboard,

click on Create a payment link on the Homepage,
or click on Payment link in the left menu, then on Create a link. The page is divided into two sections: Payment details and Customer information. A live preview is displayed on the right.

Section 1 — Payment details

Amount: Enter the amount to collect (minimum €1.00 - maximum €40 000.00 ). You can also enable the "Let the customer define the amount" toggle if you want your customer to choose. Billing type Choose how the customer is charged:

One-time (default): the customer pays once.
Recurring: the customer is charged automatically on a repeating cycle. See How do I create a recurring payment link? for the full setup. Available options
Accept multiple payments: the same link can be used by multiple customers or multiple times. Disabled by default (single-use link).
Add an expiry date: the link becomes inactive after the chosen date.

Additional details

Link label (required): Name displayed on the payment page. Examples: "Private event access", "Coaching session".
Invoice number (optional): Internal reference for your exports and accounting. Example: FAC-2025-0012.
Payment note *(optional, max 100 characters): *Short description visible in your dashboard. Not shown to the customer.
