# Tracking your transactions

### The Transactions page
The **Transactions** page centralises all payments received via Core Payment, whether they come from a payment link or Online Checkout. To access it, click on **Transactions** in the left menu.

### Information displayed
| Column | Description |
| ---- |
| **Date** | Date and time of the payment |
| **Amount** | Gross amount collected |
| **Payment method** | Card, Apple Pay, Carlo App |
| **Type** | Payment link or Online checkout |
| **Status** | Paid, Pending, Refused, or Cancelled |
| **Link ID** | ID of the associated link (if applicable) |


### Status

* Pending: the customer has initatied the payment but did'nt finalized it

### Filters and search
* Filter by **period**
* Filter by **type** (all, Payment link, Online checkout)
* Filter by **status** (all, Paid, Pending, Refused, Cancelled)
* Search by **customer, ID, reference, or invoice number**

### Available actions
On each transaction:
* 👁 **View** — see the transaction details
* 🔄 **Refund** — initiate a refund (available before D+3)

|| ⚠️ **Important** — A refund must be initiated before D+3, while the payout has not yet been triggered.
