# How to add and manage users?

You can invite team members to access your space and assign them a role to control what they can see and do.
### Adding a user
1. In the menu, click **Users**.
2. Click **+ Add a user**.
3. Enter the person's **full name** and **email**.
4. Select a **role** (see below).
5. Confirm. The person receives an email invitation to activate their access.

###### Available roles
| Role | Access |
| ---- |
| Owner | Full access, including user and settings management |
| Manager | Full access, except user management and API checkout management |
| Viewer | View only, with no editing rights |

###### Managing an existing user
From the user list, the actions on the right of each row let you:
* ✏️ edit the user's name or role
* ✉️ resend the invitation email
* 🗑️ remove the user's access
|| 💡 The main Owner account cannot be deleted, as it is the account holder.
