# How does access to Core Payment work?

### Who is Core Payment for?
Core Payment is a payment solution designed for businesses based in Monaco and France. It is not self-service — every account is created manually after your application has been reviewed.

### How does access work?
Access to Core Payment follows several steps:
1. **You fill in the contact form** on https://corebycarlo.com/contact/
2. **Our team reaches out** to understand your needs and identify the right product: Core Checkout, Core PayLink, or both
3. **You submit your KYC documents** — the same for both products (see dedicated article)
4. **You complete a digital identity check (liveness check)** — a link is sent to you by email. Have your passport ready to complete this step
5. **We process your application** — turnaround: 2 to 5 business days
6. **You receive your live credentials** by email: username + password and can access to the live [dashboard](https://dashboard.corebycarlo.com/login)
